Database Support
Very occasionally the database file CrossCountry uses can become corrupted and you will see the error report below. This prevents you from accessing your old courses.
We have a few ways of helping you if this occurs. Backup your courses and follow the instructions below.
Meanwhile you can create new courses as normal.
Connect up your iPhone or iPad to the Mac/PC on which your iTunes is installed.
Open your iPhone by clicking on it (left) and click on the Apps tab. Scroll down to find CrossCountry
Select all .sqlite files to a folder on your computer
Email the sqlite files to support@crosscountryapp.com
