  • What is the CourseDesigner in-app purchase special offer?

    The Toolkit replaces the CourseDesigner in app purchase. If you previously bought the CourseDesigner module contact us and we will refund the price from your first year's subscription.

  • How do I purchase an Individual subscription?

    You can purchase an Individual subscription in My Account after you sign up.

  • Which secure payment system do you use?

    We use Stripe, which is a global industry leader handling billions of dollars worth of online payments every year.

  • Can I pay in a different currency?

    Stripe selects a currency based on your location. If you wish to be billed in a different one contact us.

  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes. You can cancel any time in your Account. Your subscription will be active until the end of the billing cycle you have paid for. You can resume any time.

  • How long do I sign up for?

    Twelve months. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it. You will receive an email alert when your subscription is due to expire.

  • What happens to my courses if I unsubscribe?

    They will stay on our server. You can continue to access them through the free account but you cannot save the track/fences after editing. Print maps will have a watermark. You can resume your subscription any time.
