We love checking out courses from all over the world and we know that you do too. It's such fun to see what jumps are out there and get ideas for creating or decorating your own (large and small, whatever your budget) These jumps (in no particular order) from 80cm to 5 star caught our eye in 2022. Corn and Tabasco in America
A corn cob and Tobasco sauce bottle in the water jump at the American Eventing Championships held at Rebecca Farm in Montana. The whole course had a western theme with a moose, a trappers hut and a fancy saloon! Built by Bert Wood, David Cathcart and team. View course
Bishop Burton Saw
The Saw from the Bishop Burton International Youth Championships in Britain. We love how realistic this looks and the clever pencil groundline. Courses designed and built by Joe Weller. View course
Drinks at Flower Hill
Not #sponsored. These ingenious conversions of barrels to Red Bull/Coca Cola cans are from Flowerhill Schooling Try-Event in Galway, Ireland. View course
Pink Pig Taupo
Every fence in this 95cm course had a pink theme in support of Breast Cancer Research New Zealand. Designer and builder Chris Lever donated this delightful fence to be auctioned, raising $900 for the charity! View course
Bramham Lobster
In 2022 British 80cm riders had an opportunity normally reserved for the best 4* riders. They rode a course designed by Ian Stark, built by the master of carving David Evans over the undulating terrain of Bramham Park in Yorkshire. It was the inaugural British Eventing 80cm Championships and it did not disappoint! View course
Big Watering Can at Wallaby Hill
Australia is famous for its BIG tourist attractions… the Big Banana, Big Merino Sheep and Big Potato. Add to that list the Big Watering Can from Wallaby Hill. The galvanised watering Can was designed by Event Director Alex Townsend and created by David Sell of Mr Show off. View course
Maryland Roller Coaster
The Roller Coaster from Maryland 5*L, USA provided plenty of thrills for spectators watching. Course designed by Ian Stark and built by Tyson Rementer. View course
Poles at Boulerie Jump Club
Course designer and builder Alain Ponsot took the inspiration for this fence from one he created at Haras du Pin. With 25 new fences to build from stacks of wood they already had on hand, he used the poles from the driving fences at WEG 2014. He loved the challenge. "It’s like having to cook a meal from what you have in the fridge for 20 friends who barge in on you uninvited” he says. View course
Hobbit House at Millstreet
The Hobbit House from Millstreet 4*, Ireland is sure to be a firm favourite of Lord of the Rings fans! Course designed by Mike Etherington-Smith and built by Sylwiusz Bronk. View course
Peter Rabbit at Calmsden
An artistic literary tribute to Beatrix Potter at the Horse Events Unaffiliated and School Equestrian Games held at Swalcliffe in Gloucestershire, England. "If you follow all the rules you miss all the fun..." Built by Andrew Hunter and painted by Freya Angus. View course
A Boot at Burghley
The Household Cavalry Foundation was the official charity of Burghley 2022. It supports serving soldiers, operational casualties and veterans both human and equine. Carved by Joe Weller, a former Household Cavalry member himself. View course
Bovington Kennel
The Kennel from the Bovington BE100 was too cute to pass up. We think it must be a sausage dog inside… Designed by Adrian Ditcham. View course
Sharpen your pencil at Le Pouget
