Safety reporting data fields

Fence safety data fields are in line with data collected by the FEI and national bodies. e.g. Fence category, measurements, frangible, approach, associated with water etc. Add these in the Toolkit using the fence editor on mobile or desktop. Share this information with other officials by adding them as 'view' collaborators. Most safety data is private (see below) and will be invaluable in investigating incidents as it gives a complete picture of the course. We are discussing integration with several governing bodies and their reporting systems.
